You can access the location of your vehicle by visiting www.mt-tracking.com.
Enter your username and password, and you can begin tracking and monitoring your vehicle.
What are the monthly monitoring fees?
Your purchase of the MicroTRAKgps
includes the first year subscription fees.
You can access your vehicle’s location at any time and as many times as you like
during the first year of service.
You will be sent a renewal notice sixty days before expiration of this service
and given the option to prepay the next year’s service or have your credit card billed monthly. If notification to discontinue the monthly monitoring service is not received by MicroTRAKgps
before the one year expiration, your subscription will automatically renew for another year.
You will be billed monthly for this service.
Will my MicroTRAKgps product work anywhere?
MicroTRAKgps guarantees total North American coverage; coast-to-coast, border-to-border.<
Are all of my personal settings secured?

Feature Questions
How can I activate all my features?
Your features are available for set up once you have registered and logged in to www.mt-tracking.com site.
Just follow the instructions in your Owner’s Manual for each feature. The Owner’s Manual is also available for access on the website under Help. Click on Documents to download the manual.
How will I know if my car exceeds a certain speed or violates my GeoFencing?
Depending on how you personalize your settings, you can be notified via cell phone, text message, or email for speed or GeoFencing violation.
General Questions
What do I do if my car is stolen?
If your car is stolen, call your local police department direct to file your police report and to provide them with the MicroTRAKgps customer service phone number, 1-800-457-6718. If you do not know your local police department’s number, you can call MicroTRAKgps and we will be happy to connect you direct.We will then work with the police to assist them in locating your vehicle.
Will I receive an auto insurance discount for having an active theft recovery system?
Insurance discounts depend on what state you are located in and your insurer. Contact your insurance agent for more information.
Can anyone tell that I have a MicroTRAKgps system in my car?
All MicroTRAKgps products are hidden in your vehicle. Our certified installers have a variety of locations in which to install the system. There is no visible marking indicating that you have the MicroTRAKgps system installed on your MicroTRAKgps.
Can I purchase a MicroTRAKgps system for my other vehicles?
The MicroTRAKgps Theft Recovery and Tracking system is made exclusively for MicroTRAKgps. You can bring in any used vehicle to your local ????? dealership,
and they will be happy to install the system. However, it cannot be installed by ???????? on any other brand of vehicle.
